Velorbis teams up with Carlsberg as part of their ZERO carbon footprint ambition

Today we are proud… Carlsberg branded urban commuter bicycles by Velorbis, hit the FRONT PAGE of Carlsberg Group’s Sustainability Report 2017.

Sustainability is central to the Carlsberg Group’s purpose of brewing for a better today and tomorrow. That is why, in 2017, Carlsberg Group launched a new sustainability programme called Together Towards ZERO, and one of Carlsberg Group’s ambitions is to leave a ZERO carbon footprint.

As a part of this ZERO carbon footprint, Carlsberg Group has chosen to purchase a number of Velorbis bicycles in Carlsberg’s iconic green colour and with Carlsberg Group branding nicely integrated on the bicycle. These corporate bicycles are used for Carlsberg Group’s employees and guests going to meetings in central Copenhagen swiftly and hassle-free. These daily bicycle trips reduce time, stress, parking fines and taxi bills, and thus carbon emissions. We call it a win-win situation.
